This is the online Fence Permit Application for the City of Oak Creek. 

You will need the following electronic files in order to submit electronically:

• Plat of Survey showing the location of the fence on the property.

Once submitted and received by the City an invoice will be emailed to you for payment of the permit fees.

The City of Oak Creek requires a Plat of Survey to be submitted with all fence permits. 

A plat is an officially drawn aerial map of a piece of land that is drawn to scale and which defines the boundaries between different parcels of property. A plat of survey notes important features of your property such as:

• Existing Structures
• Proposed Structures
• marking streets
• right of way
• flood zones
• easements
• lot lines
• setbacks
